Leadership East is looking to grow and develop our existing team of skilled facilitators and assessors and other associates. If any of the opportunities below are of interest, please complete the online form to express an interest and we will get back to you.
Facilitators: we are looking for recent and current school leaders who will work, following training, under the guidance of an experienced facilitator initially and within the framework of our Facilitation Skills Competency and QA Frameworks; facilitation could be of any or all of the National Professional Qualifications. You will be joining an experienced and learning-focused team.
Leadership East fully complies with the Department for Education’s “Keeping Children Safe in Education, Sept 2019” guidance and recommended practices and that as a result all of our associates delivering development activities in schools are subject to rigorous personal checks including:
- Identity checks which include requesting photographic ID documents
- An enhanced DBS disclosure including a Barred List check.
- Immigration and eligibility to work in the UK
- Appropriate references relating to previous employment
- Appropriate professional qualifications
Assessors and Moderators: once trained, assessors and moderators complete their work online and need to meet specific deadlines. There are regular updates by email and development sessions each academic year.
Content Reviewers: again, this can be conducted from home at times to suit your situation. We have a range of online resources and materials and are committed to updating and refreshing them regularly. This work involves identifying any out of date learning materials, and advising on replacement and additional resources.
